It looks more fun, the first half of the year was basically two years of algebra really fast + extra stuff like learning some basic programming on the graphing calculators (that I already knew), and then the next half was basically trig, which was easy. I also remember my teacher telling me that I was one of the few kids who actually understood it and wasn't just mindlessly memorizing formulas.

F*CK YOU I DIDN'T EVEN GET TO USE MY CALCULATOR! Sine values had to be expressed in terms of pi! Graphs were simple and had to be drawn by hand! And how did you get Calculus notes...into a graphing calculator? And that's also cheating, why would you want to do math if you couldn't even be bothered to learn it the first time around?

What I took was a different course; it was actually a first year university course, and it was 100% in preparation for the AP exams we wrote in May. Using our calculators in that manner was permitted; I was the only person smart enough to put my notes in there, although I doled it out among classmates and saved a lot of their asses too

Just because it has 4 strings, it doesn't mean it can be played like a bass.
It's not a tenor banjo, it has 5 strings. Plus, any stringed instrument can be played like a bass, just as any object can be played like a drum.
What tuning are you using anyhow?
I'm not sure, it was the first time I ever played a banjo. All I know is it's not the same interval between strings, which made it tricky at first. As for my basses, I either play them in standard tuning (EADG) or pull a page from the Magma book and play in cello tuning (CGDA).
