1. Rush's 'Closer to the Heart.' 2. Dream Theater's 'Surrounded.' 3. Dream Theater's 'Wait for Sleep.' 4. Rush's 'Carve Away the Stone.' 5. Rush's 'Cinderella Man.' Wow, it looks like I'm only based on two bands. I just chose the first 5 that came into my mind... haha. Sorry. :) |

Everything off of Cressida's first album. No song reaches the 5:30 mark, and all of them are perfect.
Also, Klaatu's 3:47 E.S.T. Doctor Marvello, Anus of Uranus, and Sub Rosa Subway are all pure, impeccable pop/prog. |

True for Great Expectations. I would really like to see Wilson take that song fraqment and do something more with it. A great song in waiting, that one. Which reminds me...Trains basically has all the elements and themes and construction of a long prog epic, but all packed into 7 minutes. |
