I think this load of CDs is the best birthday present I've ever unintentionally given to myself.

Because I am.
I'm in a weird mood and kind of not looking forward to this evening yet at the same time looking forward to it. It's complicated.
I'm knackered and should be in bed though.

Hmm. I prescribe either sleep or good music to fix the mood.

I've just listened to good music in the car.
Sleep is a plan but I've not been getting much of it lately and that's not from want of trying. I've been falling asleep naturally at a sensible time but keep only getting 5 hours of sleep each night.
Besides, it still won't take away my annoyances about later tonight. I hope I'm worrying about nothing to be honest.

A quick question: have you ever woken up thinking about someone so much that you believe something bad has happened to them?

Good since I've been listening to Yoshida projects since I got home from
work, essentially, and I've got more to listen to (along with the three
DVDs to watch).

And has anything ever happened to the person in question or is just your brain playing tricks on you?

For me it's all been brain tricks.

I hope that's the case for me too.
I woke up yesterday morning thinking about one person in particular. Someone I care for dearly and who I consider to be a sister figure to me. The last time I spoke to her over the 'phone, she wasn't quite so welcoming (and it's understandable why, due to a misunderstanding we had) but when we said goodbye, all seemed well again.
Anyhow, I've had a few replies from her on Facebook but they just seem to me to be a little brief and I'm worried she still has some issues.
I don't want us to fall out. She's amazing and I love her as a friend (and nothing more). She's likely going through a transitional stage right now though, which is understandable.
Anyhow, I am hoping she's going to be out tomorrow. Indeed, I am hoping I shall be picking her up and we can have a good chat. I am also hoping she's the usual person I know and love. I will sense any problems and if there is, I'll be a very unhappy guy.
Anyhow, as I said, I woke up yesterday morning and it felt to me as if I'd lost her. Like she was no longer with us. It disturbed me all morning. It has been on my mind all day too. I keep thinking about her.
I've still yet to hear from her since then and I sincerely hope she's all right. If something had happened, I am sure I'd have found out by now.
I think my brains just annoying me greatly because I miss the hell out of her and don't want to lose her.
