Intensely annoyed by my neighbors kids that are playing in their garden on this sunny day making more annoying noise with their shrieks and screams than your average drill, without their parents being even bothered by the fact that the entire neighborhood can here them. My room is next to our garden which is next to their garden, having the door wide open I hope they are annoyed by me playing Third somewhat loud.

^ You should really get some Merzbow for that purpose. Pulse Demon would be a wise choice.

Don't own any Free Jazz yet, though I wonder if that would sound more annoying to their ears than Facelift for example. And I do own some Death Metal, but I'm not really into that now.

I've noticed that some Naked City tunes cause nausea when played loud enough. So if you want your neighbours to vomit on the lawn, that's the way to go.
