The only problem with classical concerts is that they're so expensive. Good seats are always like $100+...

I guess that depends on where you live. Seats for the Tulsa Symphony Orchestra aren't nearly as expensive, but it's still high-quality and efficient. |
The Philly Orch is one of the best in the world, so they charge a ton.

I don't have any Magma shirts yet, but I plan to buy at least one when I see them in DC.

Well, my mother's co-worker likes Zeuhl, as I've stated before. I'd like to talk with him more, he seems like a really nice guy even though I've only met him once.

My summer plan is to waste my summer sitting here, or rather, I have none.

Work all summer, except June 19th-27th when I'll be at the beach with my family.

Read more, play more video games, listen to more music, and work on my RPG Maker project.

My "productive" (as my mom calls it) summer plan:
1. study for the bio SAT II subject test 2. assist in stem cell research at UPenn 3. visit colleges 4. start applying to colleges 5. practice bassoon a lot 6. relax somewhere between #1 and #5

Neat. The bassoon's a really cool instrument. I love to use it on my keyboard. I forgot to mention that I'm also trying to learn a few VDGG songs on the keyboard.

I stick to bassoon, because my boyfriend (who will be majoring in piano performance) pwns every single person who ever sits down at a keyboard instrument.

I'm quite skilled, but I'm going to assume I'm not as skilled as your boyfriend. I have been playing since I was five, but it's not important enough to me to major in it.

I stick to bass, because I'm closer to good on it than on anything else I've ever tried. I've been playing along to some stuff with varying levels of success, and I've even been considering buying the Korekyojinn score book (it's got bass and guitar parts). I'm sure that will make me realize how utterly inadequate my skills are to play any of the bass lines in it, though.

He got a ton of money to go to the Bienen School of Music at Northwestern (one of the best music programs for piano in the country).
