Honestly, a lot are cool but the only one that is jumping out at all is Fade to Black. My favorite metallica song btw.

the obvious thing that needs to be said, and no offence, metallica sucks, megadeth clearly has most talent.

"Ride the Lightning" is my all-time favorite, but "The Call of Ktulu," One," and "Sanitarium" are up there too.
Also, the melodic solo in the middle of "Master of Puppets" is really good.

I enjoy a lot of Metallica's solos, but the fact that I can't remember any of them specifically (except for Creeping Death and Ride the Lightning) says something as well....

So, what are your favorite metallica solos? Mine would be, in no particular order:
Creeping Death No Remorse Blackened One Four Horsemen Whiplash All Nightmare Long Ride the Lightning Suicide and Redemption Sanitarium Orion
