Well, that's a lie, I've chosen a topic for my next essay, I just haven't written anything down. Or started any research.

Fair enough.

The paint job on my science model turned out to be super sh*tty so I'm going to put that aside for now.

I wish I just had to paint sh*t.

"Here you go lecturer, it might be 4,000 words under the word limit, but look at those brush strokes!"

Also, at least you can't tell a person left their sh*tty model to the last minute by looking at it.

Awwwwwww sheeeeeeit, we're both in the top recent listeners right now.

Well, I intend to get Choirs tommorrow, so I'll be hearing more Kayo Dot over the next few days. I'm also going to go bargain hunting for some cd's. It's the highlight of my week sometimes.

f**k no; she had full internet access, which makes what she did insanely less impressive than the rest of the people who've sailed around the world.

Also, she's already made well over a million dollars from interviews/sponsorship... So not really at all.

Best thing I've found on bargain bin hunts has been 4 PT single CD's with b-sides for 1.50 each, and I also got about half of Peter Gabriel's discography for 30$ a while ago.

I'm going to stay away from that thread. I can only see myself getting into another argument.

I've found KC's Power to Believe for $3, Miles Davis/John Coltrane Mix for $4, Green Carnation's debut for $3 among a few.

Most of the albums I get are $18-32 though.

Yeah, same here. The cheapest album I can remember getting recently was Caravan's 'In The Land Of Grey And Pink' which was super disappointing anyway. Although it only set me back $10.

Also, if I was a Jessica Watson fan, I would've made my presence known in a Jessica Watson baseball cap.

Or maybe even a Jessica Watson Wallchart; one for the home and one for the office maybe?

And she did it all on her own.

I have no idea why the NSW government sponsored her either.

$28 AUD for a pink wallchart.

And some people say it wasn't a money making venture.

I also find it odd that there was a Dutch girl who wanted to do the exact same thing... as if it all the sudden is "hot" to sail the world. She didn't get allowance by the judge though, in yer face, hah! Smile
