Well, if you don't have them make sure to have both Neu! and Neu! '75, and you should look into Brainticket's album Psychonaut (most people haven't heard it, but it's good)

Popol Vuh's albums Affenstunde and In Den Gartens Pharaos are good if you like really abstract stuff

Oh... I have the bad luck of hearing a couple of songs of them in a moment in which I didn't want to know anything about alternative rock... but some days ago I've heard another song and it sounded good... just like you said it... alternative prog/rock and now I think I have the mood again... More thoughts about them... soon... I have to leave guys... glad to see you as always... good evening...!!!

Jon, I've listened to Agitation Free.
After a first listen, and surprisingly, I'd give it four stars. It was pretty good.
Probably the most electronic stuff I can listen too.
 
Also, it was different from the other Krautrock bands I've heard. More Oriental.
