Ah, that was a disappointing food trip.

Why is that?
|
We wanted to go to Panda Express to get Chinese food, but it was closed, so we went to the dining commons instead and got not very good Chinese food instead.
|
I'm watching Kitchen Nightmares, but it is an Italian restaurant, not a Chinese one.

Jon, would you check the bands Katra Turana, Little Women (think you've checke this one already suggested by Henry, just give your vote if it's the case), Un Festin Sagital and The Void's Last Stand please. They're all on PF Charts.
Katra Turana and Un Festin Sagital are the best of all listed in the Charts in my opinion.
I've just added MySpace pages to some bands, too. |
I'd like to hear more Little Women, the sample Henry linked was very good. I think I'll move on to 1313(or Univers Zero). ![Smile Smile](smileys/smiley1.gif)

Listened to and voted on Un Festin Sagital and The Void's Last Stand (and cast my vote on Little Women), I'll have to find something by Katra Turana to listen to though. Can't say I much liked Un Festin Sagital or The Void's Last Stand much but they both got Yes votes (as did Little Women).
|
Cool, thanks for clearing them.
I didn't like VLS but UFS was pretty cool.
For Katra Turana, ask DamotX. ![Smile Smile](https://www.progarchives.com/forum/smileys/smiley1.gif)
Maybe you should listen to Ut Gret too, when you have time. They're not very good ![LOL LOL](https://www.progarchives.com/forum/smileys/smiley36.gif) They already have two "No" votes, but a "Yes" one as well, so your opinion would be good. ![Tongue Tongue](https://www.progarchives.com/forum/smileys/smiley17.gif)

You'd be really surprised if you saw them live, Scott.

Pretty upset, the apartment owner did not pick us. Also, the Magma concert we saw yesterday was f**king incredible and we managed to film almost half an hour of it (E-Re I, E-Re II and a 3-4 minutes from E-Re III).
U?

What kind of people did you meet at the Magma concert? And how many?

Yeah, we're starting all over again with the search.
You guys need a visit to France. Remember there a Progressive Festival at the Le Triton club in Paris in June.

There were a lot of people, 6 or 700 I think. It was a concert in a small province town; half of the people were fans who came from various directions, the other half were locals who have their subscriptions to the activities of the local cultural centre (where the concert was held). I plan on posting a detailed review tomorrow.

I would love to come to France in June, but unfortunately the lack of job or rich parents makes it very tough.

Yeah I know how that is, I used to be an unlucky b*****d until recently. This years festival will not be as good as last year's: Seven We Insist Fete de la musique (?) Magma x 4 Last year they also had Univers Zero, One Shot, Aranis (didn't know them at the time), Hugh Hopper Benefit, and Magma of course.
