Random kept choosing albums I've heard within a week, but now it chose Dead Can Dance.

And I like Joe's Garage.  I'd say that for me it's only like a 3-star album, though, between the two discs of material not everything is pure awesome like I've come to expect from Frank.

Hi.

Never heard Dead Can Dance and Joe's Garage is three stars indeed.

It's worth hearing for sure, though not around anyone who would be sensitive to...mildly obscene lyrics. LOL  Some of the songs are hilarious, but don't have much else going for them.  Some mix hilarity with good music, and some are like "Watermelon in Easter Hay" and just blow you away.

And hi Gabe!  What's up?

I'd tend to agree with what Jon said. But I don't find the lyrics so obscene. Just funny, most of the time. Watermelon is great. Very great.

I'm doing good. Except I have some science study to do and a history homework, and that's not fun. I should practise guitar a bit later too. That's nice Smile

Just listening to music at the moment, wishing my fretted bass was in working condition and I had it with me to play.  And the lyrics do seem rather obscene, mainly in the topics covered.  I know my parents would probably still make me turn the album off if I played it around them. LOL

I've watched the "Bobby Brown" video on Youtube, I know what Zappa is capable of. LOL

Mine wouldn't. They don't care about lyrics, really.

Also, I feel like I should be writing some bios in the next days... I've been lazy lately, and not doing too much work. At least I've voted on a few bands, so I don't feel too bad.

I need a job.

I can say I understand why someone could love them but they're not my cup of tea. And the singer's voice was too annoying for me.

My parents care about lyrics too, I'd never play something I haven't listened to beforehand with them, of course I don't play any music except through headphones so it doesn't matter much.

Which? The male of female? The song in each video is sung by a different person.

I need a job.

Same here on both (though some of the bands I've listened to recently, including some of Marty's suggestions, haven't been added to the charts yet so I haven't gotten to vote on them yet.

And I really need a job as well.

Well, I can't say I've been working on finding a job. THAT's what I need to do.
Maybe I'll work in a CD store. That'd be awesome. Big smile
