I had the most unhealthy meal in awhile: bacon, eggs, toast, washed down with a dark beer and finished with some pipe tobacco. Worth it.

Eggs and bacon actually aren't bad for you. The whole thing of fat intake causing you to get heart disease and overweight isn't actually supported very much by science. It's the sugar and carbs you have to watch out for. Especially the sugar. Soda is basically the worst thing you can do to yourself, even if you never get diabetes. I lost 25 pounds over the past month and a half just by reducing my sugar intake to 1 apple a day plus whatever was in the grains, slightly reducing my portion size, and not eating between meals.
