I prefer my folk without prog.

Change "some JT" to "a large amount of JT" and that works.

I'm picky with my JT.  And as Matt said, the Decemberists are pretty good too.

TaaB only got 3 stars from me.  I prefer Minstrel/Songs from the Wood/Heavy Horses.

Minstrel contains JT's best song.

I would help, but I'll only be here for another 10 minutes or so probably---at least for the time being.

Matt, you seriously need to check out the Knife if you haven't.

They're pretty much climbing my favorite electronic artists (and my favorite artists ever).

Speaking of which... I love electronic music and this is incredibly subject to change but as of right now I'd say my top 5 electronic artists are:
1. Kraftwerk
2. Tangerine Dream
3. Boards of Canada
4. The Knife
5. The Orb

Or something like that.
