It was tricking me, I thought the link was a link to the written agreement or something because that was what the link was named, but you have to click it to download. LOL
Wait never mind it was the first link I clicked, but it didn't work before.

I just opened the link, waited until the clock icon turns into the floppy disc,clicked this: скачать
beside it, and it worked for me. In fact, that link starts opens the download for me.
