And what did you think of early Cocteaus Mr bartfast?

Came in the post aahhh

I, uhm, came to know them via working with Harold Budd and haven't explored them much beyond this album and the Moon and the Melodies with Budd.  I like what I've heard so far.bBig smile

Magnificent easy-listening latin jazz album

I am currently listening to an album that I bought based on the recommendations of Raff, anf in order to complete the black and white trilogy of this band :

Well, I like it very much, it's classic BÖC. Truly excellent interplay. Maybe more "WHOesque" (especially "MeE 262") than their debut album, but still full of marvelous moments.

uriah heep comes to mind for "flaming telepaths" as well...and a strong deep purple flavour all along the album. Very dynamic album, we can feel a band who gets a kick out of playing their music. I am about to finish listening to it (currently on "astronomy"), and my impression is still very good. Please thank raff for this one, I think I never would have purchased it without her recommendation.

I definitely will...  she does have great taste and most importantly.. a sense of people's taste.. which you do have to take into account when suggesting things.  A lot like Assaf..  if they recommend an album to you...  one should get it.  They simply don't steer you wrong.
