It's an Argentine Prog Rock band led by the famous, Charly García.  It's their debut, and the previous album I was listening to was their second album.
 
You might like 'em, they're instantly addictive with influences broading from British Symph Prog, Italian Prog and American Jazz Rock.

You are probably right ... but hell I study with Symphony X on the background(really loud background....) and it works for me
