It will be cool to see how this works out, because I'm actually way more comfortable writing longer, slower pieces, and so this next album is something of a challenge to work out some faster, shorter songs that actually rock.

Right now, I've got Zune, iTunes, Winamp, and multiple instances of Audacity all open, all just to work on this project. Fun stuff. LOL  The project's actually a bit tough...some of my transitions feel a bit rough, but I'm hoping it works out alright.

Once I thought I was smart and highlighted multiple tracks and opened them in Audacity. It took a few minutes before I could do anything. LOL

Not positive I'll be releasing this one, it all depends on how it turns out.  Once I've learned from it and grown a bit more skilled in the process, however, I'll definitely make and send something to people to listen to.  So far, this one's got some Zappa, some Magma, some Hatfield and the North, some Jethro Tull, some of the Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy soundtrack, and bits of other stuff.  It's...interesting. LOL
