No, because I didn't notice it until a long time after my subscription with them was up.  Plus, other than the album in question (Concert 1976: Opera de Reims) everything else was fine.  I'm missing 10 minutes of the performance of MDK from that album though.

At least you can justify to a certain extent, but yes, it is bad, but if you get a carton of eggs and one is broke, would you replace it with another?
