Well 2010 hasn't been around long enough, so I'll go off of my biggest discoveries of last year. Transatlantic, never heard of them, though I've been a fan of Dream Theater and Marillion for a while, but never heard of Transatlantic and I now really enjoy all three of their albums. Through Transatlantic I discovered Spocks Beard and Flower Kings, both amazing, really digging Spock Beards Snow. I also really got into Between the Buried and Me at the end of the year, Colors and The Great Misdirect are some of my favorite albums of the past decade.

funny... he might be my biggest discovery of a young 2010.  Funnily... we've had a couple of his albums. But I had never listened to them.... finally last week I (we?) did and I loved it.
