Obscure, obscure... Tongue
It's with Guigou Chenevier of Étron Fou Leloublan

I have only heard that one album. IIRC, it was very pleasant.

What is IIRC?
And is À l'abris des micro-climats good?

I have only heard Les Rumeurs, that is what I was referring to, but I'm sure his other music is good to.

I like that one too, I'd like to be able to hear the 12-part suite without the breaks between tracks on his website.

You're liking it better than the first couple tracks you heard, then?

They sounded to much like straight forward rock with someone shouting over the music for me, but the other tracks I've heard are better, more avant-garde. They have some good musicians.

Yeah, some of the tracks are more straightforward, but I feel like enough of the albums are worthy.  If they don't make it, doesn't bother me.  I'll just enjoy them myself.
