After a sh*tload of research I'll try Iskanderun by Andromeda for this one. If I understand it correctly then Alexander is known as Iskander in the muslim world. Next is a song (12 words!):

I had to really think about what it was, at first I thought it was a tattoo. So I tried things like beach, babe, etc.

A Carrot is as Close as a Rabbits Gets to a Diamond by mighty
Captain Beefheart!! That's spot on Martin, I'll take the easy way out: I'm leaving out the second pic and go for a two word title instead of the one word one you asked for and say California Coastline by Manfred Mann's Earth Band !

Come on, it's not so difficult:
1st pic Jörg has nearly got the answer
2nd pic, it's a musical term often used by guitarists (plural) and derived from a verb
the whole gives a song and the name of a famous musical website!

right answer Athanasios,
I looks a little strange, but you combine yours and Jörg's and you have the answer !

If that is Southern California and we shorten that to SoCal, leave out the s and o and add licks, do we get Callicks? Never heard of that!

Jörg you've got it!
it's a Canterbury song by Hatfield & The North and exist in different forms : Calyx from the first record is the most famous, but it exist also as K-licks and why not Callicks.

Oh come on, Martin, that's stretching the rules a bit too far . I know that we had "soundalike" puzzles before, but this one... Now I know why nobody found an answer ! Let's keep going with this one, a song (four words):
