Can you download it from Amazon?  http://www.amazon.com/On-This-Perfect-Day/dp/B002POTO4M/ref=dm_cd_album_lnk  The download is only $5.94 USD.  There are some used CDs too.  I actually bought it at FYE for $19.99 or something like that.  It includes a bonus DVD with 8 extra songs, some new and some different mixes.

I can't give an opinion, I dislike growls and don't have much knowledge about death metal or extreme metal or whatever it's called.
