Oh, I might have thought that you enjoyed Kind of Blue's tranquility.
Well, if you're going to get his jazz rock output, I think you should get first the "real" jazz rock that came after Miles' releases, like Mahavishnu Orchestra, Return to Forever, and so on.
Miles Davis' jazz rock releases are not albums that I would say that blow you away nor that they are easy to get into. Of course, you can buy them and might even like them at first listen, I'm just telling you this from personal experience.

I might enjoy Kind of Blue over time.... I've only listened to it 4 or 5 times.

Apart from the track Change you Mind which just goes on and on, still good guitar in it though I really like the rest of the album.
