Battisti looks good. Going to get one soon ![Smile Smile](https://www.progarchives.com/forum/smileys/smiley1.gif) What do you think about Hank the 111 . I have 2 albums of his but I prefer Wayne Hancock. On Hank 111 1st album half are Wayne Hancock covers. If you are interested in Wayne go for his early albums like Thunder storms and Neon Signs and up to A Town Blues ,1st 4 releases. Real Honky Tonk ( no drums). The Rockabilly crowd love him. Last time he was here saw him twice and each gig went for 3 to 4 hours. It was in a bar and everynight the joint was sold out and packed to the rafters.

Willie Nelson - The troublemaker.
The "red headed stranger" in a cheerful collection of hymns and anthems he used to sing in church during his east Texas boyhood.

Indeed it is! I've got to review it for the 'other' site, and it's not a walk in the park.

The 'emozioni' album is a collection of songs released from 1967 to 1970, it's rather mellow but truly emotional as suggested by the title of the album.
Regarding Hank III, I got the word about him during a recent Melvins concert, where I met someone who told me about his experience of one of his concert (the most amazing concert he ever saw) : a set of country songs, then change of audience and backing band, with a second set of hardcore songs, then once again change of audience and backing band for a third set of death metal songs. You'd better be aware of the change of styles before committing to such concert, but personnally I am open to any kind of music so I could stay from the start to the end and applause to all three sets. Did you notice the three bars on two of his album artworks are a wink to Black Flag, the cult Henry Rollins-lead band ?
I will check Wayne Hancock, I love as much country as punk.

Listening to this one again ...
I don't quite yet know if it's lived up to all the hype on it's page on PA, but it's definitely getting stuck in my head a decent amount, and growing on me with each listen. Full of great music. :)

I was wondering when all of my non-prog posts would finally get this thread moved.
