Hey Quiet One, have you checked out Bad Benson by George Benson? Steve Gaad on drums also, great jazz funk/fusion!

No I haven't, though thanks for the info, will check it out!

I do have White Rabbit and Body Talk from his 70's period. Then I also got the disco-esque Give me the Night and the more recent, That's Right, which I like pretty much.

Well, and a Best Of in which I first heard Take Five.

Alright!!!Tongue

Overall, I really liked it. This was my first listen in a pretty long time, so I'm sure it will grow on me more.

I think the organ playing is superb; definitely a highlight of the album. The riffs are solid throughout the album, and many of them are memorable. I liked the energy throughout the album showed by the band, especially from Jon Lord.

It's on my to-review list, so when the time is right, you'll hear all of my thoughtsBig smile

A fitting soundtrack for a sunny and beautiful Valentine's Day.
