Yeah.
Morning all.

Ah but they do an awesome cover of UZ's Jack the Ripper. Wink  So it's basically UZ. LOL

And yes, I did recommend Shining.  Their new one though... be careful. LOL  What have you heard by them so far?

If it's extreme and wacky, I don't mind. LOL I've heard the one this is streamed in full on last.fm.

Well, he's not really a stranger, more of a pub local. Anyway he asked me what kind of music I like and I said prog, and classic, experimental etc.

Unfortunately, it didn't stop there.

Prog Fan:  Oh, I love Yes.  Jon Anderson, Chris Squire, etc. etc.  blah blah blah blah blah.  What is your favorite song/album?

Girl (eyes glassed over): on second thought, I must get going now.

You forget some things.

1. prog fans don't go to nightclubs -- we all sit at home listening our vintage vinyl and reading Ayn Rand, Herman Hesse and whatever Jon Anderson reads (who the hell knows?!)
2. we would never have the bottle to ask a girl for a dance
3. we don't want to dance
4. we don't know what girls are
5. we wear corduroy slacks and braces and no girl would even want a dance in the first place
