Yes, that's a great review. Thanks for the link.
I think I agree on most points. I also thought it lacked something to make it great and had it tagged as 3 stars in my mind. |

HI,
as far as I have seen - For Absent Friends has some songs for download on the website.
From the last album (Square 1) only parts of songs, from an older album 3 songs and
3 or 4 live songs..... check out the album/diskographie button...

Burning Shed is pleased to announce that it is now hosting the online shop for the Panegyric label. Panegyric is responsible for the hugely influential King Crimson, Robert Fripp and related catalogue. To celebrate our online collaboration with Panegyric, we're offering a free mp3 live download version of the song Epitaph taken from King Crimson's legendary Hyde Park performance (with The Rolling Stones) in July 1969. This version was previously available on the limited edition boxed set version of the band's iconic debut album, 'In the Court of the Crimson King' by King Crimson. We're also offering a free download from the band, Blue Beard, taken from Looking Towards The Sky, a compilation of the Progressive, Psychedelic and Folk-Rock material released on the independent label Ember in the 1960s and 1970s. Based on what you said they sound like, I'm checking it out now too. It seems like an intriguing mix to me. |

Dunphy is placed in Crossover in the database here. Rather varied music, different from album to album. Well worth a check despite a few shortcomings. |

I've reviewed Enigmatic, and that one contained enough good material to be a nice place to start. The albums fore and after are rather different from what I understand though, so approaching them with an open mind is probably the best approach in general. |

Thank you for telling us here! It's very much appreciated. I've been searching for "Proud sons of the suburbs" for some time now. That album isn't even available on cdbaby. As much as I like the downloads it is still depressing that he needs to give so many of his albums away for free. Does anybody here know if and where I can pay for the album? I don't see a contribution-button anywhere on the bandcamp site. |
