But does he have balls of steel?

And does he know he's playing on an avant-garde hotchpotch of an album? Well, I presume that's what is... but I guess it could sound like Kraftwerk with a title like that...

All I can say is it's definitely a progression from the first two releases (which were really one release split into two parts).

I like the album art, it makes me think of War of the Worlds (the book, not the movie with Tom Cruise).

It's quite a different beast from In Anima; so if you didn't like that at all, it's still worth a listen (or a few, I have no idea if what I write falls under the "grower" category or not).

I've never been a big fan of Ozzy-Sabbath, most of it feels like being hit by a sledgehammer made of really sticky glue. But gradually I'm warming up to it. I prefer Deep Purple when it comes to the classic 70s hard rock bands.
