No! You can't keep this to yourself, too tasty. Smile

I still say the sax is the best part.

I like the whole, haven't really picked out specific instruments yet.

That's coo'. The sax is easy to pick out though, since it is mainly the main instrument.

See, a lot of the time I tend to focus on the rhythm section first, so I've noticed the good bass/drums fun, and hear the sax going on too.

The rhythm section is excellent too. Pretty much everything I have heard on this album is, I guess I'm just biased because I like jazz that has sax playing like that on it.

Yeah, though I have to say, to my ears this sounds more Krautrocky than jazzy.  I'm looking forward to listening to the Guru Guru samples too...ru, they've got half of the Känguru album and some tracks from others as well.

Yeah, I'd classify them as Krautrock too. I was surprised to find them in JR/F.

I need more Krautrock though.

I haven't really been as active on PA near as much as I used to; I should change that. I used to be in here (SR) all the time.

What's up?

Hmmm... not much, really. Same old.

Though the only thing is that I am 99% finished with a new album and I absolutely love it more than anything I've ever done; I'll be so happy to get it done, copyrighted, and released. It should be soon. I'll be advertising it here like I always do, so that'll be cool.

Other than that... schoolwork, music, etc. as usual. How about yourself?

Not much, besides the amount of homework I have, and the amount of music I want. LOL
I still need to get some Squarepusher and Venetian Snares, I keep looking on youtube, and I like what I've seen so far.

I think once I get a job, I'm going to start a blog on here: Jon's Kosmische Voyage into Krautrock. Big smile

I like both, but I'm generally more of a Squarepusher fanatic.

Squarepusher: Hard Normal Daddy, Hello Everything, Ultravisitor
Venetian Snares: Songs About My Cats, Making Orange Things

That should be a good start.

Alright, the hardest part will be finding a job, I've put in some applications, no responses yet.
