It's similar to jalapeno fudge, which happens to be amazing, so maybe I'll have to try sauerkraut muffins sometime...

I love GY!BE, the rant on Blaise Bailey Finnegan III is always fun to listen to.

How many different forms of Krautrock are there?  The only real odd one out I would say is Amon Duul II, who were a bit more symphonic than their fellow Krautrock bands.

I just think of Krautrock as krautrock, in general it's all similar. Like any other genre.

From what I've heard, a lot of the bands sound different from each other, but I find that true to most of the subgenres here.

The last part of this song makes me wish I could play drums, from 12:00 to 14:00 mostly.

True, but that guy was a machine. He plays the same thing for nearly 18 minutes, and makes it interesting the whole time. Seriously underrated.

According to the liner notes in the CD booklet, the track is "Composed in a fashion way ahead of its time, by editing rhythm loops..." so I'm not sure if he's actually playing the beat the whole time.  Whether or not he does on the album, he did live, and that's enough to impress me.

If it is loops, they are done well. Wikipedia says that he played the entire time, and it says they used tape-editing. Maybe they looped something other than him?
