The best thing to drink on a freezing winter night, with a cold, is a double shot of Whiskey and Coffee or Tea. Works as a nightcap, or simply as a warm fuzzy.

Might have to try that and watch the rain. It's funny seeing Californian's overeact to a couple inches of rain.LOL
The only people that have a right to complain are those in the burn areas because of mudslides.

Same with Aussies, they come over here expecting it to be 35 degrees and sunny every day of summer - only for a southerly rainstorm to hit. Us Kiwis are used to island weather though.

I make toddies when I am sick.

Today I am not sick, so it's beer.  Trying a new brew today.  Big smile

I thought of you and Padraic the other day Rob when I was up at Krogers.  They had a case of beers called Beers of America, that I think must have been an assortment of beers from various microbreweries.  I didn't look at it all that closely however.

So far, so good.  Suffocating the Bloom has been a splendid listen so far.  Now the question is whether or not to purchase the download of MEI and the download for Stars and Gardens Volume 4?  I've hear MEI on the free Jersey Tomato live album.  I am pretty certain that it would be worth having the studio recording as well.  I think that I will sleep on it and give it some more thought..
