I played Comus to a female friend of mine once who likes Opeth. They didn't like it.  My ex also hated Angherr Shisspa. Good! I'm glad she did.

A pleasant listen, it's not really my thing. As far as metal goes I enjoyed maudlin of the Well more. I really liked the guitars though.
