Can only see the ant and the letters so I'm gonna go on a limb and say Space Shanty by Khan. This is judging by one picture only!

If I'm not mistaken that's Fernando Torres, who's nickname is El Nino, which happens to be the title of an album by Eldritch

The flags are used by boaties to communicate ...each one represents a letter ...and I'm sure you can work out what each one of them is in that puzzle

My bad ...again! This band was being discussed for addition to PA early in 2009 and I never even checked to see if they had been added or not.
Still, that is no reason why the puzzle cannot be solved
