I forgot Rush as well.  Even an interview of an interesting band would be a welcome addition.

The same station interviewed Led Bib. Big smile

Which is ironic, 'cause they're not a music playing station. LOL

Very cool. Manu Menes was not very good. I mean it was ok, but nothing really impressed me.

You need Planet Rock.  Yes they play a lot of the same stuff all the time but they interview people and also have DJs such as Alice Cooper (who actually has pretty decent taste).

I listen to Alice Cooper's radio show here occasionally. He does play some good stuff and I love his sense of humor. LOL

I liked it.

It wasn't mindblowing but I thought it was pretty good.

I'd say it was a 3/5 on first listen.

Actually, Robert Wyatt is the guest editor on this programme. Big smile

Gah!  There's a guy reading poetry on the radio who has one of those annoying clicky and watery mouths.  It's most off-putting!

Yeah, on the way to/from school we usually tune into Alice Cooper's show.  Unfortunately the station we get him on doesn't pick up locally, so I'm stuck without it most of the time.  I still have classical and jazz, though, which is a plus.

Yep, I listen to Classic FM in the car because my stereo is more useless than an Epignosis CD on a Turntable.

Although they tend to play a lot of stuff I'm not terribly keen on.  Plus they always play Bach, Mozart, Beethoven and the others.

I want to hear Harrison Birtwistle, John Cage, Alexander Goehr, Peter Maxwell Davis, Elgar Howarth and even the ultra rare Albert Huybrechts.

Woah, I'm closing in on an average of 4 posts per day. Shocked  Finally making up for those first 13-14 months I was a member of the forums without ever posting anything or visiting them at all. LOL

Living, if you claim that all that entails is
breathing, eating, defecating, screwing, drinking,
spewing, sleeping, sinking ever down and down
and ultimately passing away time
which no longer has any meaning.

Big smile

I think most of my posts have been in random discussion here in the SRs or in the "NOW what are you listening to?" threads.

Yeah, I've abandoned (and thus forgotten about) most of this site.

Without going into another bitchfest...well I'll just leave it be.
Although I do complain about all the people not around anymore I did meet a FEW new great ones.
What would I do without one of the other 3 proggers I know at Penn State!?

You know three?  I only know you and I remember seeing you at Panda with another guy you said enjoyed prog.  I am starting to get a few of my friends there into prog, though, so I'm spreading the good word.
