We're 5:43 into 2010 and I want the last decade back.

I did nothing and I don't feel bad about it. All the people who get drunk to "celebrate" can go f**k themselves.

Indeed.

I'm sober.  I haven't drank a drop of any form of alcohol.

I don't really understand why people want to celebrate a number, anyhow.

As my Facebook status says: supposes he best jump on the traditionalists Band Wagon and wish everyone a groovy New Year even though he feels by saying that, it gives too much of a burden for people to actually have a good 2010 when there will inevitably be peaks and troughs and by year's end they will just complain at how bad 2010 was anyhow... so yes. Happy New Year everyone!

That's how I feel about it.

I feel similarly; just spent some time with the family and that was good enough for me.

I'd settle for 5 years. Although being 15 again would probably suck...

Also, 10 plays of Elohim's Voyage.

11.

The thing is, I accidently deleted the track on my playlist and so last.fm basically showed I'd played all other tracks on the album 11 or 12 times, except Elohim's Voyage.  So I've had to play it 11 times to fix it.

Same here. I quit drinking earlier this year and I don't miss it a tad.

No no, he just writes songs whilst under the influence and well... Luke listened to the album and it put him off alcohol for life. LOL

Ooooh, Luke may have to potentially change his top 5 when he hears this album.

I see how it makes sense, but that just was a horrible joke.

Indeed.

ProgglyKidJoel (with his cat in the cradle and a silver spoon) found it amusing anyhow.

Manu Menes.

Although now I've heard more of it... perhaps not.  Not sure to be fair.

James, I have to say--your recent tracks are pretty win. Only way they'd be better is if they were Magma, Coltrane, Henry Cow, or something better than that album.

But that's still pretty cool to see. For some reason.

Oh and Conor.  Your version of The Incident cover is better than the crappy original. LOL
