^I thought the growls were pretty good actually, didn't put me off at all.

Clap

That's a good effort there. I'm no fan of them, in fact, I'd probably like them more if they were in Russian.

^I probably wouldn't have been able to hear the difference if it was in Russian . The only growls I can actually hear the lyrics in are Mikael's with Opeth, and I'm guessing that's because I've listened to them so much.

You don't need the lyrics for The Morningside... it is basically just

"Theeee Wiiiiiiiind Blooooooows Awaaaaaaaaaay Theeeee Leeeeeeeaves!"

With slight variations ad nauseum. There are some clean vocals too.

In the Wake of Poseidon is such an underappreciated Crimson album, it's just sad

I do. Lately I have been liking their less rock oriented albums.

How are you liking Ceux du Dehors so far Matt? I liked it, but I think I preferred 1313 overall.  Both are great albums though.

I like it, I'll need multiple listens to tell how much, preferably someone quiet. I have only heard one Art Zoyd album, but I think I like that better than Univers Zero so far.

I might prefer Present to UZ, but I've only listened to 2 albums by each band, one listen per album so far.  Both definitely require more listening.
