I need to get it though. I finally got the new Converge album, Axe to Fall, which I'm going to listen to after this. I don't think a lot of people on PA would like Converge, but I've seen a few who do. I'm pretty sure that The Wind, The Trees and The Shadows of the Past is my favourite album right now. Although, I'm certain I'm going to love Agalloch's The Mantle when I can afford it.

The Mantle really warmed me up to lots of doom metal out there. Wouldn't call it life-changing or anything, but if you like that album, you should like Agalloch.

I'm thinking with Anathema, I might start with some of their earlier stuff. Probably because it's a bit more doomy, but that be a better introduction for me given my tastes.

I do want to hear Judgement and Alternative 4 too though.

Yeah, its all down to whether you want the more atmospheric, clean vocals of A4 and Judgement, or the Doomier stuff.

I also have A Natural Disaster, which is good, but not as epic as the rest.

There was some dispute about them, but they aren't.

I think they should atleast be in Xover from what I've heard though.

I don't really think they belong here myself. They are still a great band. I'm going to get Brave Murder Day since I already know I like it.
