Don't mistake european style free-market socialism (one I would like to be applied a little bit more in the US) with "21st century socialism", a populist creation of Hugo Chavez based on Cuba and Venezuela which resembles marxism-leninism and Cuba more than European systems/...

I hate to jump to conclusions, but after reading the article, that ex-Marine is either mentally ill, a moron, or an outright racist who did this because he thought he could get away with it.  I can't help but think people of his ilk are being encouraged to do crap like this.

We may continue this discussion elsewhere, Teo, but I am (together with more than 70% of the Brazilian population) very satisfied with the soft-leftist government we have here presently: to bring more than 30 million people from below the poverty line is something to think about and I'm not even a supporter of our president's political party.

Kudzu is this plant that was imported into this country for ornamental purposes and erosion control.  It was brought in in 1876 and has turned into a weed basically, although it is edible.  Now we have a new stink bug immigrant that loves to eat the stuff, good thing, except it also likes legume plants and when disturbed...
Well it's a stink bug "The bug feasts on soybean crops and releases a stinky chemical when threatened... Commonly called the lablab bug or globular stink bug, it's pea-sized and brownish with a wide posterior. The bug waddles when it walks but flies well."  I guess it wouldn't be a problem except it gets into peoples homes...

Now we're going to have to import something that likes to feed on the stink bugs, I guess. LOL

I still have hope for the critters that turn fire ants into zombies.
