Would I be interested?

It depends on how much you like skull-crushing metal for 21 minutes.

If it is good I will like it, I have been trying more metal influenced music lately, I might as well take the plunge. Smile

Yeah, for me normally the heaviest music I like is the level of heaviness in Zeuhl, but I enjoy Meshuggah.

I think I am starting to be able to appreciate metal, although the "heaviest" band I routinely listen to is Koenjihyakkei. I still don't like the vocals though.

Edit: "Elastic" was oddly relaxing.

meshuggah can be so fast and repetitive that their music becomes a drone of a million notes. i wonder if they had intended that or if they were just being as badass as possible and came up with something new

It's actually 3 in the morning here Joel. I'm only awake because I had programming homework, and it took forever to debug the code.

Guy Manning did PM me about it

I wonder if he just searches for his own name on these forums.. and in that case...

Guy Manning

Guy Manning

Guy Manning.

I respect the guy as a guitarist, but I have to admit that it really damages how I think about him and his projects if he's skulking around forums PMing people who don't like his style. I think it would be more beneficial to not even worry about what's online because people online are ruthless.

Hey Guy - stop worrying so much.
