Yes, always. The average person spends three years of their life sitting on the toilet, and (in the UK) it takes 3 years to get a university degree. Therefore, if you read something every time you go, you'll have the equivalent of a university education (although in my case that would be an education in sports results, Far Side cartoons and Colemanballs).
