I know, i've had it as .mp3 (ripped from a CD i borrowed from the library) for years.
Not as magical as ITCOTCK, but still a great album!

    As usual for Mars Volta, it takes about 90 listens
to get into. But I eventually loved all the other, except
for about 1/4 of Francis the Mute and 1/2 of Bedlam.

Absolutely love the French horn that starts that album!  Ride the Sky... Friend of mine is holding a vinyl copy of it for me, I should pick that up this week!

I'm very excited about this purchase, this is a very limited edition box set that contains the Doppelganger LP + 3 12" Singles from one of my favorite bands, in absolutely mint condition from the early 90s, very sweet:
