Hmm...after some though, your well-considered argument has completely persuaded me.

LOL

I seriously don't understand how an intelligent guy like you can vote for such stupid pricks like the Republicans. Ouch

I don't understand how an intelligent guy like you says stupid sh*t like:

"Oh yes, that's right, the Republicans are the party for the Christians.  They can't vote any other way."

I like Stephen Fry's take on American politics.

He is a white male from the south.  It is sort of a requirement to vote for the Republicans.

Well they do have to try and fix all the sh*t that Bush and his forebears made.  It's the same over here.  Even though Thatcher has been gone for over 10 years, her tyranny is still causing major issues.

You cannot fix things overnight.  Indeed, he likely won't be able to fix things in one, or even two terms.  However, he can do his utmost to do so.

Unlike the Republicans (and many Democrats) who just make it all worse, not only by doing nothing but also doing the wrong thing too.

Sure, Obama will make mistakes but he's a genius compared to the past 15 years of US government.

It was tongue-in-cheek and not absolutely serious.

So therefore it wasn't sh*t.

I just knew it'd catch a nerve with you. Wink

Didn't Waters say that Webber stole the beginning of "Echoes" or something? and that's why he included him in "It's a Miracle"? Or something like that?

Yeah that's pretty much it, Roger basically said Webber stole the riff from Echoes and used it in Phantom of the Opera.

I just made the link for argument's sake.

Well that goes without saying - on both statements.
