It's Monday. I am spending my day on the phone to BT. Shouldn't the help-line be able to help? I pressed all the numbers, I listened to cr*ppy hold music, I managed to make myself understood (I think) by the poor sod on the line....................and now I am waiting again.

If I break down in tears will someone throw me a blanket and soem cake?

You have my sympathies Rach. I had the same problem with Virgin recently when they upgraded my broadband but forgot to tell me I needed a cable modem.

Sorry about that. I get Xs for most images as they're all from restricted (by RBS) sites. Pretty soon this is going to apply to the whole flamin' Interweb.

I need a darkened room and some soothing incense to calm my ragged nerves. 4.5 hours on the phone to BT and it sucks!

By the way this cyber cafe is ONE EURO for an hour. The only bad news is that unleaded has suddenly shot up to one euro per litre, so now mon amigos know how weīve been feeling for the past God knows how longCry
It's not that I can't find worth in anything, it's just that I can't find worth in enough.
