not through choice, my work collegue is playing it and singing along in that peculiar singy mumble that people use when they know the song but can't quite remember the words until the singer sings them...

Not played it enough to rate it but its a maturer offering from them for sure.
You won't go wrong with the new one or "The Fullness Of Time" in my opinion if you like "Origins"
Definitely one of the top (classic) Prog Metal bands out there at the moment.
Do I detect a more metallic Scott of late?

I've been listening to a lot of Dream Theater lately, but that is about it. Although I did listen to At War With Self on Friday and The Mars Volta on Saturday.
