I can understand your anger at me, but what did the horse I rode in on ever do to you?

It's AWESOME!! I gave Dark Matter a four earlier today, and I'm becoming a huge IQ fan. I now own all of their studio albums, and this is a contender as one of my favorites. It's definitely one of the best debut albums ever IMO.Clap

Definitely a very, very strong debut album when it comes to composition skill and musicianship, however when it comes to how it sounds and all, for me it's pretty unbearable.

Surely the most Prog-oriented debut album from the classic Neo-Proggers in the 80's, but I personally would take either Script for a Jester's Tear or The Jewel anyday.

Though bare in mind, I'm not a fan of IQWink

Dark Matter, and their first 2.

BTW Jeff, is it me or you're getting better as a reviewer? Just read both recent ones in the front page, and they're superb! And your thoughts on Dark Matter are pretty much the same as mine, however you know how I rate a unoriginal album though played greatly (*cough* Octavarium *cough*) Wink

Yeah my early reviews suck and I'll be the first to admit it. I've slowly been updating them, and I would say my last 50 or 60 are very good, and I've updated some of my worst ones. Thanks, Pablo!
