aw, that's nice! Well, I've been here mainly with the odd explore in Cornwall, camp in Devon, and a couple of photography workshops and trips. I just decided after the summer festivals to just have a bit of a break from some of the music forums and just have a bit more chill time, we've been 100% focussed on work for the last couple of years and we wanted to just keep things ticking over and step back for a bit over the summer. I'd like to say it's done us the wrold of good, but I'm just beating off the remenants of piggy sickness right now, so not feeling very recharged!!!!! Nice to see you all here still though, I'll try to pop in more frequently now I'm getting back into "working like a trojan" I should be more on my feet and at the coalface for sure b the end of the week!

well we spend a lot of time in Devon, but just decided to go a bit further, so we camped at (or near) Newquay (Fistral dogs) Tintagel (very Pendragon!) St Ives (simply gorgeous) St Just (best camping ever!) and then meandered home. planning on doing more when time permitts, (so another 10 years then!!! ha ha ha!!!) I loved it, but want to go in winter when hopefully it's a bit less chockablock! We tried to get into Bsocastle but it was impossible!!!! And planned to go to Dartmoor but ran out of time! So much to see, and I really fell in love with it all. We had another few days camping with family at Hartland Point, one of my fav places EVER (I shant publish the name of the farm where we camp, but I will let you know by pm if you promise not to let it get too poplier! ) Didn't get any fishing done this time, but hope to next trip, what did you catch?

I've got to say, I was not impressed with Newquay at all, it seems to have got a bit "chav's on the lash" rather than the victorian splendour I was expecting

We were carp fishing (first time ever - great position, great weather & great teachers) - along with lots of littl'uns, I caught some 8, 9 & 10 pounders + one 11 pounder (which was just as well as Vicky caught an 11 pounder on the 2nd day & had been gloating hers was bigger than mine...
...so to speak

ha ha ha! The shed is somewhere to pop into when someone says "do you mind if I put you on hold?" There must be soemthing going on somewhere this weekend that I'm not aware of though, I've had so many "out of office" replies and answerphones that I am temporarily stump in all the tasks I had to do today. So not much grinding going on at this particular stone after all Although that does mean I should tackle laundry mountain, attempt to "fix" the dishwasher (again) and generally be slightly useful somewhere......................................... But Hurrah! It is Friday!

Which isn't to say that listening to Pure with a nice cup of tea & a large piece of lardy cake isn't a fine way to spend an hour or so
[edit]
