The easy one??!!

The answer is Set The Controls For The Heart Of The Sun. Syd played on three songs on A Saucerful, the first being Jugband Blues, the second being Remember A Day and the third being a part of Set The Controls.Gilmour played on the song too, and it's the only Floyd song on which all five members play. Most songs of the album where recorded in august/october '67, all these three were, but the overdubs for Set The Controls where done later, so that makes it the last song recorded with Syd I guess.

Thanks for your effort. Since there is a total of 20 questions I'll give up these 2. The Doors and Atomic Rooster had no bass player. Randy California from the 60's band SPIRIT replaced Blackmore when he was sick.

^ Someone played bass on The Doors' albums. It's just that he wasn't part of the band, totally. And in their shows he wasn't there at all.

I'll do the Keef (Keith) Hartley one.
 
The Keef Hartley band had an album called Halfbreed and Keef's band Dogsoldier has some sort of Native American on the cover.
 
Hartley often posed in Indian clothes but I'm pretty sure he was born in the North of England and therefore adopted Indian clothing as some sort of gimmick
 
Quick edit: he was born in Lancashire, which makes his being an American Indian even more unlikely (Thanks Wiki)

The bass parts were played by Vincent Crane and Ray Manzarek via the organ. Dunno just how but plenty here on PA will be able to tell us I'm sureTongue

TL is right, they actually had bass players for the recording sessions. That's bass guitar what we hear on the albums.

I.ve got three Rooster albums and there's no bass credits I can find, but I know John Gustafson was a mate of John DuCann's so if anybody played bass on Rooster albums my money's on him

^ Sorry, I forgot to mention I was talking about The Doors only. I don't know about Atomic Rooster, but listening to their recordings (in my mind) I don't feel they had bass guitar, indeed.

I am really curious when did Barrett record Vegetable Man and Scream Thy Last Scream with Pink Floyd? Was that just before the Saucerful sessions?

I believe those where recorded during the Saucerful sessions. According to a Syd Barrett fansite, Scream Thy Last Scream was recorded 7th August '67, and Vegetable Man 2th November '67. Acoording to Last.fm (I don't know how reliable that is though), Set the controls was recorded in August '67, but the overdubs where done in October '67 and January '68.

Syd Barrett's sister claimed that her brother was sane. And that there is a great misunderstanding between public relations groups and knowing the truth about the guy. But then when I listen to his Madcap and Barrett there appears to be something questionable about the tone of his voice. I believe he taught Roger Waters when not to play. And gathering the concept of knowing when not to have a specific instrument play either a hook or a fill.
