This is a thread where you can link people to and suggest threads to them so that you don't have to steer the discussion of the thread that you're currently in off course.

David, please stop clogging up this thread.  It is only for suggestions for alternate threads.

I suggest we run this thread totally off the rails and turn it into a discussion of string theory:
