'Tis an evening of new musical discoveries.

Or be like me and just dive into their new album. Tongue

It's pretty good stuff. Fairly alternative and proggy but also some moments that make me think of Oceansize. Oh, and a bit of electronic stuff.

I'm listening to When Dream And Day Unite at the moment. The first song is respectable.

Rico, are you all set for Murray to take New York by storm?

I gave that album 1 star. I can't stand the sound of Dominici's voice.

I wouldn't mind it at all, except it won't happen. Wink

Give your recommendation.  El Cielo or Catch Without Arms?

I plan on getting those eventually, especially given that this makes me think it'll be worth it.

@Pat, it's a little-known secret that I really quite like Awake, lots of Dream Theater albums are on Spotify so I don't have to pay money to listen to them.

@Vidad: Hah. Oddly enough, I thought 'wow, Labrie sounds like a more masculine Geddy Lee...' then I realised it wasn't Labrie. Good times. I quite like Dominici so far, given Labrie is hugely hit-and-miss with me.

Might I remind you that he stayed ahead of Nadal, despite that embarrassing loss to Federer who totally got lucky and cheated?

Well, if you like it, that's good I suppose.  I have the same hang-up with Dominici, and I just don't think the songs were that great, I can't even remember a standout.  Lyrics were sort of laughably bad, though, for whatever value one might place on that.

El Cielo comes in touch with the conceptual and the progressive.

Catch is faithful alternative.

I do recommend El Cielo
