Well, the temptation of hearing the sequel was probably too much for her to bear.

Every time I hear of Torman Maxt I think of Cerpin Taxt from the Mars Volta's lyrics. Hey, given that Torman Maxt came first maybe TMV meant the character's name as a prog rock inside joke?

As in the German post-rock band?

Today I'm unfortunately a little bit sick. Hope on having recovered by tomorrow.

I've been really busy this week so far, which actually frustrates me that I got sick because there was a couple of things at college I had signed up to I can't do. (don't worry, none of it is any thing particularly academically important)

I'm still working my way through my Eric Clapton CDs.  About 3 more to go with some prog sprinkled within.  I listened to the debut Logos album yesterday and enjoyed it, so I think that I will give the follow up a listen today too.  Both albums were available for free download from their website.Clap   What is on your agenda for today?

Jackson Heights, Ougenweide, Can and Zappa this afternoon (already going through Can, as you can probably see), Jaco Pastorius, an indie album and Zorn in the evening.

Jackson Heights? Shocked

They were on the Charisma label with VdGG and features the bass player formerly of The Nice.  I must check them out one day.

Something tells me that later today it'll be Clockwork Orange time.

Is this due to our Kubrick conversation last night?

Today I've been listening pretty much exclusively to Bauhaus and The Sisters of Mercy. Yeah, I'm probably closer and closer to wearing sunglasses at night on a regular basis... but that would require me to get some cooler-looking sunglasses. LOL
