I've just realised Maneige's La Gai Marvin sounds just like In the Land of Grey and Pink. Shocked

As much as I'd love to discuss RIO in two threads simultaneously, one of them should probably be closed.

That self-titled Polar Bear album is amazing, Patrick.

Excellent.

My brother has all three albums on CD but I may get my own copies.

Not much really.  I've been playing computer games on and off most of this week and have been neglecting my music collection again.

Hmmm, this Maneige album is hit and miss.

Tracks like Douce-amiere and Time Square are annoying whilst some others are very good indeed.

I started playing Les Porches today at work but then I had to leave.

Wasn't bad but was maybe a bit too soft for my mood.

Ah, I'm listening to Ni Vent... Ni Nouvelle...

I do have Les Porches somewhere though.

Some of this is a bit too twee for me.

Les Porches is perfect.

At least, first three songs. Chromo's quite fun, but it's not the rest of the album.

To be honest, I can't tell if you're being serious or not.

If you are, I apologize. I wasn't intending to be offensive.

I am being serious.

I didn't find it even remotely funny.
